Checkout felt secure enough, and I didn’t run into any major issues. I just wish there were a few more payment options available. It seems fair to give customers a bit more choice, especially when they’re just trying to pay in the way that works best for them.

I ordered from kidinn and the product wasn’t really like what the description said. The size and some of the details felt a bit Off, which was annoying once it arrived. Delivery was fine, no real issue there, but I definitely wouldn’t fully trust the info on the page Next time.

I felt kind of trapped trying to find something decent without spending too much, but this turned out to be worth it for the price. It’s not perfect, but for what I paid, I’m happy with it.

The refund then took forever, and every time I contacted support, I just got the same basic replies that didn’t really help. I eventually felt like I had to escalate the complaint because nothing was moving forward. Definitely not worth the hassle, and I won’t be ordering from Kidinn again.

I was happy with it. It feels original and the quality is good. No complaints so far and I would buy it again.

I ordered this for my nephew’s birthday thinking it would actually arrive looking like a gift, but nope?! There was no proper wrapping, no message card, nothing. My package came in really good shape. The box was clean, no dents or crushed corners, and everything inside looked totally fine. I noticed it right away when I brought it in from the porch after lunch, which was a nice little surprise.

It went through smoothly, which was a nice surprise because on some sites those codes suddenly don’t work at the last step 😅 The final price ended up being really fair too. Shipping was a little slower than I hoped, but overall I’m happy with the order and would shop there again

Customer service took a few days to get back to me, which was frustrating. The issue did eventually get fixed, so I’ll give them that, but the waiting around was annoying. I kind of wonder if they were short-staffed or just dealing with a backlog, though I don’t actually know. Either way, the delay made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.

I was looking for a toy for my 5 year old and ended up ordering from kidinn. The age suitability info on the page was what helped me decide. Made it easier to avoid guessing. Delivery was okay. Not super quick, but not a problem either. The toy came as shown and matched the description. I’d probably use them again, though the age and sizing filters could be a bit easier to use.

I contacted customer service and they basically said it is my responsibility. I guess that might be true, but it still feels a bit misleading. I won’t be ordering from them again
